Ore is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Do not rely on Ore to identify allergens or determine whether food is safe. Verify information before acting on it. For a medical emergency, contact local emergency services.
Ore does not require a subscription or purchase. If you started an Ore subscription in an earlier app version, Apple continues to handle its cancellation and any refund request while it winds down. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Ore, or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
In Ore, open Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. A successful request removes your account-linked records from Ore's active production database, subject to the limited backup, security, legal, and provider-retention exceptions described in the privacy policies. If you started a subscription in an earlier version, deleting your account does not cancel it; cancel it separately using the steps above.
