Apple handles Ore subscription billing, cancellation, and refund requests. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Ore to change or cancel. You can also manage the subscription inside Ore under Settings. To request a refund from Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
In Ore, open Settings → Delete Account. A successful request removes your account-linked records from Ore's active production database, subject to the limited backup, security, legal, and provider-retention exceptions described in the privacy policies. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel it separately using the steps above.
