Ore Pro
A coach that knows what you ate.
Ore Pro is an optional subscription for Ore, the calorie tracker for iPhone. It adds Ask Ore: a conversation that already knows your food log, your targets and, if you allow it, Apple Health. Logging stays free.
Is there an AI nutrition coach that knows what I actually ate?
It depends what you want from it. If you log your meals in Ore and want answers built from that log (what to eat next to reach your protein, how today is going, whether a dinner fits), Ore Pro does that from your own numbers, not generic advice. If you want a person to review your diet, a registered dietitian is the better choice. If you only want to count calories, Ore’s free logging is enough.
What does Ore Pro do?
- Ask Ore anything about your meals, your day or your goal, and get answers built from your own logs.
- Plan your next meal around what’s left in your day.
- Short notes from Ore when something is worth knowing.
- Changes Ore suggests, like logging or fixing a meal, wait for your OK.
How much does Ore Pro cost?
As of October 2026, Ore Pro is $12.99 a month or $103.99 a year in the U.S. Prices vary by country. It includes up to 20 Ask questions a day. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage it in iPhone Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. Invite 3 friends who join Ore and you get 30 days of Ore Pro free.
What stays free?
- Logging by voice, photo, barcode or text, with no ads.
- Restaurant dishes broken into their parts, and the eating-out switch.
- Your daily calorie, protein, carb, fat and fiber plan.
- Meal suggestions, reminders at your usual meal times and the Lock Screen meal-time card.
- Your logging streak, widgets, Siri and Shortcuts, and Apple Health.
Is Ore Pro medical advice?
No. Ore is an estimation tool that helps you stay aware of what you eat. It is not a medical device and does not give medical or dietary advice. See the privacy policy for how Ask Ore handles your data.
